“Need to do a better job with packaging. All these bits were loose as shown which caused a lot of damage to the case and bits. Aesthetics aside, the 1/2” isn’t usable due to the chip in the blade. I’d suggest adding a little bubble wrap inside the case to ensure bits stay put and at the very least send it in a bubble wrapped package instead of just a plastic sleeve. Return submitted so I’ll try again.”

“Rented a mini excavator from them and the trailer to haul it with the excavator came with 8 hours of use but a hose busted around the 4 hour mark. Was over the weekend so lost 4 hours of use and still got charged for a bad machine. I went back and looked at the pictures from when it was picked up and you can tell the hose was damaged before we took it. Unfortunately didn't notice it till it blew. Was still charged for the repair the rental and my wasted time seriously the worst possible place to rent!! This was a few years ago but I was looking into renting some equipment and this place came up and I was reminded of how terrible this place was. I mean if you can remember a bad experience 5 years later it had to be terrible. I don't think many things have changed in these last 5 years since all the recent reviews have been terrible. Save your time and money and avoid a headache!”
